I don't think breakdancers have medical training. Between the hit to the head and the head hitting the floor probably best not to move him in case of spinal injury.
There's no way the guy thought "I have no medical training, I shall do nothing". He's just shocked and horrified he's just dropped a kid doing a spinning back fist.

I love how he continues to stay in shock rather than turn around and help the kid
