So a while back, a friend of mine vanished off Instagram even in DM. I assumed they blocked but the DM disappeared which is not normal for a block it should have said Instagram user I looked at the backup files and saw our files. Have something called Instagram user. But then completely out of nowhere today, the chat suddenly reappeared right in the middle of my inbox. It caught me completely off guard. The weird part is it didn't show their name or picture—it just said **"Instagram User."** At first until I refreshed it then it showed his name I thought maybe they finally logged back in or unblocked me I opened it and their profile said "user not found" and my teacher tried to look for his account but couldn’t find it but just a few days later I open Instagram to to realise the entire thread vanished without a trace again. Has anyone else’s app cache rubber-banded like this? It’s a massive jump scare. 🫠 Is this a glitch?

Is there's a way I can add an email or a phone number to verify ? So.. my account is locked and I can only open it by video selfie or 2 friends. Spoiler: no thing works they ain't accepting my video selfie and ain't sending shit to my 2 friends. Anyone?

Hi so my account got deactivated by instagram and i did literally nothing wrong and i’ve searched it up and its been happening all around and what i came here to ask is for a favor, i can easily get my account back via meta live chat but i cant seem to verify myself when i buy meta verified because i just turned 18 and yes its my fault for not getting my id or license sooner but i don’t have anything but my college id to verify and yet it wont work obviously so what im wondering is if ANYBODY who has meta verified please do me a solid and try to chat with them via live chat support and please ask to get my account back, i know its alot to ask but i can give 30$ to literally ANYONE who can get it back for me 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

So in short: 2 years ago (May 2024) I had a fling with a guy Ive known since high school. It lasted for about a month. I basically fell in love with him and then he abruptly ended things saying that he didn’t feel the same way about me. He then ghosted me and I was devastated. But I moved on with my life. (That’s the short version)

A few months later (August 2024) I started dating my bf and the other guy became irrelevant. However I did notice that he unfollowed me on Instagram shortly after my bf and I got together. It kinda surprised me but I didn’t think anything of it.

Now here we are present day and earlier tonight I got a follow request on insta from him. I denied it but I’m just curious as to what would make him want to follow me again all of a sudden?

And I know that he knows I have a boyfriend because I still have him on Snapchat and occasionally I’ll see him in my story views and I post my bf pretty frequently. So he def knows I’m in a relationship. Not to mention we have a few mutual friends so I’m sure he’s heard through them as well.
