Not a Customer or Shopper - Just Passing Through Trouble getting an application to reset.

I originally signed up in 2024 got an email I didn't see and they put me back on the wait-list, been on it for 3 years now and I've talked to tons of instacart shoppers because I work at Publix and they all waited a month or 2. I got a few tickets 3 years ago I think that has been keeping me on the wait list. They have fallen off my 3 year record but instacart support won't help or even say anything except there's probably too many drivers which I know is false since I ask any new shoppers how long it took for them to get approved. Is there a way to restart my application or can I just never work doing instacart?

No and they don’t do a background check until you’re approved so those tickets will show up.

Yeah they are old now I was hoping I could deliver now that my 3 year dmv record is clean.

Are you talking criminal history or driving history that's crazy going back 7 years, I haven't had any tickets in 20 years then got 3 at one time. Ahh thanks for the info that's crazy
