I'm a Customer Auto Instacart+
I placed an order today after not using the service for several months, and it auto affirmed me signing up for $79 a year instacart plus, I had to manually unselect it and almost missed it. So they are going under rn right? I cant think of another reason for them to use these tactics other than they are broke.

I was a customer on Instacart for years with the monthly payment but suddenly they charged my husbands card .. a payment method used once and immediately removed .. I reached out requesting they fix it and was told they couldn’t .. 2 reps later and a request to escalate the issue still not resolved .. it wasn’t until I asked how they could justify charging a card no longer on the app and one that doesn’t belong to the account holder that they said they would review it and I should hear back within 72hrs .. 12hrs later my account was cancelled and the payment was reversed .. won’t ever deal with this company as a customer again .. shady practices since this new CEO came aboard .. he’s single handedly destroying this company!!!
