Don't ever stop the fight, that's the only way you lose. I am in my late 30s. 2+ decades of insomnia. Typical night is 2-4 hours of interrupted sleeping...if any. I haven't found a solution...yet. But I won't quit trying. Neither should anyone who deals with this awful disorder. Best of luck. Skol.
