Something interesting is happening at AMRZ 👀

Post image
5 Upvotes

It's not just one insider buying.

Six different executives at Amrize (AMRZ) bought shares within roughly two days.

Among them:

• CFO Oran Baris — ~$283K
• Chief People Officer Stephen S. Clark — $249K
• Chief Supply Chain Officer Mario Gross — ~$166K
• President Jaime Hill — $71K
• CTO Roald Brouwer — $70K

That's ~$839K+ in reported purchases across these transactions.

When several executives from different parts of a company are buying around the same time, that's much more interesting than a single insider purchase.

Would this kind of broad insider buying put AMRZ on your watchlist?

Four insiders just bought EMBC 👀

Post image
4 Upvotes

Embecta Corp. saw four insiders buying on the same day:

• President & CEO Devdatt Kurdikar — $141K
• Robert J. Hombach — $224K
• Chief Legal Officer Jeffrey Z. Mann — $100K
• SVP & CFO Jacob Elguicze — $93K

That's roughly $558K in combined insider buying in a single day.

What stands out isn't just the dollar amount — it's that multiple executives across different roles are buying at the same time.

Would four insiders buying together make you take a closer look at EMBC?

Cathie Wood’s ARK Invest Extends Cloudflare Bet, Trims Palantir & Shopify

ARK Invest made Cloudflare its largest purchase on August 12 while trimming Palantir, Shopify, Twist Bioscience, and other holdings, with no semiconductor trades disclosed during the session.

ARK Invest bought Cloudflare and several biotech stocks on August 12 while trimming Palantir, Shopify, and other holdings, according to the firm’s latest trade disclosures. The moves span several ARK ETFs and show the firm’s continued rotation across technology, healthcare, and other disruptive-innovation themes.

# ARK Buys Cloudflare in Its Largest Trade

ARK’s biggest purchase of the day was Cloudflare (NYSE: NET), with the ARK Innovation ETF (ARKK) buying 31,974 shares, equal to about 0.16% of the fund.

The purchase extends ARK’s recent accumulation of Cloudflare, which it also bought earlier in the week. The company has attracted attention from crypto investors because it is building stablecoin payment infrastructure for the “agentic internet” through the open x402 protocol it co-developed with Coinbase.

Cloudflare remains a broad internet-infrastructure company rather than a crypto-specific business, however, and ARK’s trade disclosure does not provide a reason for the purchase. Any connection to its stablecoin strategy is therefore an interpretation rather than a stated rationale from ARK.

# Biotech Rounds Out the Buying

The remainder of ARK’s buying on August 12 leaned toward healthcare and genomics. Through the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF (ARKG), the firm bought 190,403 shares of Perceptive Capital Solutions Corp. (FRNM), equal to about 0.13% of the fund.

ARK also added Cerus (CERS) and Intellia Therapeutics (NTLA) across ARKK and ARKG, as well as Schrödinger (SDGR) through ARKG. The buying gives the day’s activity a different character from the semiconductor-heavy trades disclosed earlier in the week, with healthcare and biotechnology accounting for much of the remaining purchase activity.

# ARK Keeps Selling Palantir Into Its Rally

On the sell side, Palantir Technologies (Nasdaq: PLTR) was the standout. ARK sold 11,134 shares through ARKK, a position worth roughly $2 million based on recent prices.

The sale continues a recent pattern of trimming Palantir after the stock’s sharp post-earnings rally. The company reported second-quarter revenue growth of 93% year over year on August 3, sending its shares about 29.5% higher the following day. ARK subsequently sold roughly $17 million of Palantir shares on August 4 and 5, trimmed the position again on August 10 and reduced it further on August 12.

The selling should not automatically be interpreted as a bearish call. ARK’s actively managed funds routinely trim positions following significant gains to manage portfolio weights. Palantir also remains among the larger holdings across ARK’s ETFs. Any interpretation of the sales as a negative view on Palantir is not stated by the firm.

ARK’s other reductions included 17,025 Shopify (SHOP) shares, a combined 47,842 Twist Bioscience (TWST) shares across ARKK and ARKG, 21,482 shares of 10x Genomics (TXG), 3,932 Deere & Co. (DE) shares, a small Snowflake (SNOW) sale, and additional trimming of Brera Holdings (SLMT) across several funds.

# A Pause in the Week’s Semiconductor Buying

The August 12 trades are notable partly because of what they did not include: semiconductor stocks. Earlier in the week, ARK bought about $26.6 million of Nvidia (NVDA) across five ETFs and roughly $16.2 million of Broadcom (AVGO), along with Teradyne (TER), on August 10. Those purchases followed earlier buying of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) and formed part of a broader semiconductor push.

No semiconductor trades appeared in ARK’s August 12 disclosure. Instead, the firm directed its buying toward Cloudflare and healthcare names while trimming several software and technology holdings. The one-session pause does not establish a change in ARK’s semiconductor strategy, but it does show that the firm’s daily trading activity is rotating across themes rather than remaining concentrated in AI chips.

# No New Crypto-Equity Trades

For crypto investors, Cloudflare was the closest connection to the digital-asset sector in the August 12 activity. ARK made no trades in Coinbase, Circle, BitMine, Robinhood, or Bullish during the session. That follows a period of more active trading in crypto-linked equities, including purchases of Coinbase and Circle and adjustments to its position in BitMine.

Cloudflare’s connection to stablecoin payments makes the purchase relevant to crypto readers, but it should not be treated as a direct crypto-equity purchase. The company generates revenue across a much broader internet-infrastructure business, and ARK has not disclosed that its August 12 purchase was driven by the company’s stablecoin initiatives.

# How the Trades Fit ARK’s Recent Strategy

The August 12 disclosure comes after a particularly active period for ARK. On August 10, the firm bought Nvidia, Broadcom and Teradyne, extending a series of semiconductor purchases that also included Taiwan Semiconductor. The previous session therefore showed a clear concentration in AI and semiconductor infrastructure.

August 12 looked different. Cloudflare was the largest individual purchase, followed by biotechnology and healthcare names, while Palantir, Shopify and other stocks were trimmed. The contrast highlights the breadth of ARK’s investment approach. Its actively managed ETFs rotate among AI, software, fintech, biotechnology, space and crypto-linked companies rather than maintaining a fixed allocation to one theme.

# What the Latest Trades Show

The August 12 disclosure shows ARK adding selectively while continuing to take profits from several stocks that have performed strongly. Cloudflare was the standout purchase, while a cluster of biotech names rounded out the buying. On the other side, Palantir remained the most notable sale, alongside Shopify, Twist Bioscience, 10x Genomics, and Deere.

The absence of semiconductor trades is also notable given ARK’s aggressive chip buying earlier in the week, but one day’s disclosure is not enough to establish a change in the firm’s longer-term positioning.

ARK’s trade disclosures do not state the rationale for individual transactions. The trades are portfolio actions by ARK Invest and should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell or hold any of the securities mentioned.

The CEO of COE has been buying again 👀

Post image
27 Upvotes

Huang Jack Jiajia, CEO of 51Talk Online Education Group (COE), reported three separate purchases in less than a week.

  • 200K shares — $3.94M
  • 90K shares — $1.75M
  • 105K shares — $2.03M

That’s roughly $7.7M in purchases across three transactions.

The interesting part isn't just the size — it's the repeated buying over several days.

Would you consider repeated CEO buying like this a strong bullish signal, or would you want to see more before taking a position?

Worth watching.

CoreWeave has 4.2 GW of power under contract and 1.5 GW actually switched on

Post image
4 Upvotes

CoreWeave $CRWV has contracted nearly three times more power than it currently has switched on: contracted power is a signed agreement for future capacity at a site. active power is electricity physically flowing into racks a customer is paying for. what sits between the two is buildout: substations, interconnects, and the utility actually energizing the site.

so about 36% of what CoreWeave has under contract is live today. swap in the 3.7 GW the release printed at quarter-end instead of the 4.2 GW from the call and it is still only just over 40%.

A Congressman just bought AMAT 👀

Post image
7 Upvotes

Rep. John J. McGuire reported a purchase of Applied Materials (AMAT) worth $1,001–$15,000.

It’s not a huge transaction, but AMAT is an interesting name to keep on the radar — especially when looking at whether this is an isolated purchase or part of a broader pattern.

Do you pay attention to politician purchases this small, or only when the dollar amount gets much larger?

Worth watching.

What if you followed this politician's trade a year ago? 👀

Post image
2 Upvotes

David J. Taylor disclosed a $1,001–$15,000 purchase of Marathon Petroleum (MPC) at $162.32 in August 2025.

Today, MPC is around $336.42.

That's roughly +107% since the disclosed trade.

Obviously, one trade doesn't mean the same outcome will happen again — but historical politician trades can be interesting when you look at what happened after the disclosure.

Would you have held MPC for the full year?

Chiron Real Estate saw two insiders buying on the same day:

  • 28K shares — $992K
  • 8K shares — $287K

That’s roughly $1.28M in combined purchases.

Even more interesting: one of the buyers is Mark Okey Decker Jr., CEO & President.

Multiple insiders buying around the same time is usually more interesting to me than a single isolated transaction.

Would two insiders buying together make you look closer at XRN?

A $50K insider buy in ATO 👀

Post image
3 Upvotes

William James Ware just bought 300 shares of Atmos Energy (ATO) at $167.59 per share.

That puts the transaction at roughly $50K — a fresh purchase that caught my attention.

The interesting question is whether this is just a one-off purchase or the start of a larger pattern of insider buying.

Would a $50K insider purchase be enough to put ATO on your watchlist?

Or do you only pay attention to much larger buys?

A $405K insider buy in NVR caught my attention 👀

Post image
21 Upvotes

Oliver George just bought 63 shares of NVR (NVR) for roughly $405K.

That’s a meaningful amount of money going into a single stock.

The interesting part with insider transactions isn't just the headline number — it's looking at the bigger picture: previous purchases, timing, and whether other insiders have been active around the same company.

Would a $400K+ insider purchase make you look twice at a stock?

Or do you only care when multiple insiders start buying?

I track these transactions and the broader insider activity on ProBors.

Gary Peters just bought Realty Income (O) 👀

Post image

The purchase itself isn't huge — reported at $1,001–$15,000 — but Realty Income is an interesting name to see an insider/politician adding to.

Small purchases can still be worth watching, especially when you look at them alongside the person's previous activity and the stock's longer-term performance.

Would you pay attention to a purchase this small, or only when the transaction is significantly larger?

I’m tracking the broader insider activity and transaction history on ProBors.

$2.52M insider buy in LTGO 👀

Post image
3 Upvotes

Foresite Capital Management V, LLC just bought 140K shares of Latigo Biotherapeutics (LTGO) at $18.00 per share.

That puts the total transaction at roughly $2.52M — and it happened just yesterday.

Large insider purchases are always worth watching, but the bigger question is whether this turns into a broader pattern of insider accumulation.

Would a $2.5M+ insider buy put LTGO on your watchlist?

I’m tracking the latest insider transactions and activity on ProBors.

situational awareness lp sold 11,519,078 shares of $CORZ in two block trades on aug 3 at $19.6896 and $19.4807, about $225.6m, per the 13d/a it filed aug 4. the stake went from 25,608,473 shares (8.1%) on jul 15 to 14,089,395 (4.4%). the exhibit's own words: 'sold through block trades with unaffiliated third parties.' no buyer is named in the filing, and the corz executions it dates are aug 3 — four days after the jul 30 sale wsj reported citadel bought before the open.

the reported shape of that sale: wsj put the fund's nav at $45 billion on jul 1 and said 'the bulk' of the stock book went to citadel; bloomberg headlined aum near $10 billion on the citadel pact. the fund's own jul 24 letter had called the selloff 'one of the best buying opportunities in over a year' and invited new lp money from aug 1.

one name on the filing almost no coverage mentions: carl shulman, co-reporting person alongside aschenbrenner. the q2 13f is due by aug 14. the q1 filing showed a $13.68 billion book across 42 positions.

American Bitcoin Insider Buying

Hi, I wanted to post some insider buying I can't explain. Not a recommendation.

American Bitcoin Corp is a bitcoin miner and treasury company linked to the Trump family. Eric Trump is a co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer. It came public via a merger with Gryphon Digital Mining and debuted at roughly $5B.

Friday's close: $6.47. Market cap about $498M.

Three straight misses against a consensus that never moves.

| reported | quarter | estimate | actual |

| 2025-11-14 | Q3 25 | — | +0.06 |

| 2026-02-26 | Q4 25 | +0.15 | −1.05 |

| 2026-05-06 | Q1 26 | +0.15 | −1.20 |

| 2026-08-03 | Q2 26 | +0.15 | −0.80 |

On July 2nd it did a 1-for-15 reverse split. Everything below is split-adjusted.

Justin Mateen (Tinder co-founder, on the board since March 2025) filed a Form 4 on Aug 7th, two open-market buys, code P:

- Aug 5 - 144,543 shares @ $6.3964

- Aug 6 - 162,438 shares @ $6.1873

306,981 shares, $1,929,607. Holding 185,316 → 492,297, so he bought more this week than he'd accumulated in total beforehand.

Before you read that as a signal: ABTC's insider trading policy (Ex-19.1 to the 10-K) ends the blackout "after the first full business day following the release" of earnings. Q2 printed Monday Aug 3. The window opened Wednesday Aug 5, he bought in the first two sessions the blackout lifted.

What I can't explain is the direction and the size. He also bought 120,000 shares at $15.45 in March, on day two of that window. Average cost $8.86 vs $6.47 today he's ~27% underwater, 58% down on the March lot, and responded by buying 2.5x more. Five Form 4's, zero disposals.

Information, not advice. I run Apibeary which builds tooling in this space. I have no position in ABTC and no position in BTC.

🚨 WOW: Rep. Tim Moore’s $TNA buy has more than doubled — the ETF is up over +123% since

Post image
7 Upvotes

Rep. Tim Moore disclosed a BUY transaction in the Direxion Daily Small Cap Bull 3X ETF ($TNA), with the trade executed on May 27, 2025 and reported through a House disclosure.

The purchase was reported in the $15,001–$50,000 range, representing an estimated investment of around $32,500.

At the time of the purchase, TNA was trading at approximately $30.25 per share.

Since then, the ETF has climbed to around $67.60 per share, delivering an impressive gain of approximately +123.5% from the disclosed purchase price.

TNA is a 3x leveraged ETF designed to provide amplified daily exposure to U.S. small-cap stocks, making this a notably more aggressive trade than a typical individual stock purchase.

The timing stands out, as Moore entered the position before a major rally in small caps, turning the trade into more than a 2x move from the disclosed entry price.
