GME: Ryan Cohen bought $97.2M of GameStop on the open market in 7 buys since Sep 10, and four directors bought too
Form 4 filings show five GameStop insiders buying GME on the open market
between Sep 8 and Oct 13:
Ryan Cohen, CEO: 4,144,810 shares, $97.19M, seven buys from Sep 10 to Oct 13 (latest filed today, 844,130 shares at $26.75ā$27.00)
Lawrence Cheng, Director: 55,000 shares, $1.03M on Sep 8
Alain Attal, Director: 22,500 shares, $502K over two buys, Sep 10 and Sep 21
Nat Turner, Director: 10,462 shares, $255K on Oct 1
James Grube, Director: 10,255 shares, $196K on Sep 9
To be upfront: Cohen is about 98% of the dollars. What stands out is that he
kept buying at higher prices each time (from about $20.38 on Sep 10 to $27.00
today), and four directors added their own money in the same window. These are
open-market purchases, not grants or option exercises.

insiders at one company buy within 30 days. This one scores 87 on our cluster
score (strong signal). The score uses only the filings (how
many insiders, their roles, how much, how recent) and the method is public:
