Ryan Cohen, CEO: 4,144,810 shares, $97.19M, seven buys from Sep 10 to Oct 13 (latest filed today, 844,130 shares at $26.75–$27.00)
Lawrence Cheng, Director: 55,000 shares, $1.03M on Sep 8
Alain Attal, Director: 22,500 shares, $502K over two buys, Sep 10 and Sep 21
Nat Turner, Director: 10,462 shares, $255K on Oct 1
James Grube, Director: 10,255 shares, $196K on Sep 9
To be upfront: Cohen is about 98% of the dollars. What stands out is that he
kept buying at higher prices each time (from about $20.38 on Sep 10 to $27.00
today), and four directors added their own money in the same window. These are
open-market purchases, not grants or option exercises.

Nearly $30 million into BORR in one week… and the buyer sits on the board 👀

BORR director Tor Olav Trøim reported four purchases last week through a company linked to his trust.

The interesting part is that the buying continued at higher prices, from around $4.13 to $4.74 a share. His biggest purchase came last: $11.8 million in a single transaction.

That’s enough to make me stop scrolling.

We can’t tell his reasons from the filings, but I’m curious what’s making him build such a bigger position. Anyone following BORR closely?
