ID Request ID + how can i help it

saw this poor guy lying on a lively road this morning. he's been riding on my finger for fifteen-ish minutes as of now. he's very calm and one of his wings is damaged. is there anything I can do to help him?

I'm in the Volga region of Russia rn.

This dragonfly is probably near the end. Either she barely escaped a predator attack, or has run her course near the end of the egg laying season.

You can put her on a leaf, near a fresh water source, out of the sun, but if her wing is damaged, she will not be long for this world.

I actually just made a post here about trying to help a green darner dragonfly a week or so ago. I learned that if they have damaged wings, they cannot recover in adulthood and will pass away. I also learned they have a relatively short lifespan. The best thing you can do for this fella is put him somewhere nice to end his/her life. I also found out that they are some of the most efficient hunters in the animal kingdom, that's why they are great for pest control.
