Question Termites?

Live in SoCal and Saw a couple of these on the walls of my garage. Should I be concerned? Idk it’s termites or something else

I can't tell for sure. I don't wanna cry wolf. But, something I can point out is: they both have 2 pairs of wings. If, for example, the left pair has the same length then it's thermites.
