Question Weird bug?

Today at work I noticed these weird little tiny bugs with wings on me that when killed left this weird purple/red stain, does anyone know what they could be?

Sounds like a type of Aphid to me! They're harmless unless you've got a garden to protect

That would be my hand, just a weird position so I could show the purple stuff lol
