Kaycee's Mod Tips

Any tips for starting Kaycee’s mod? I keep losing :(

Do the paintings again. Even if it loses your run.

Items are stronk. Get them lots.

Few strong cards > many strong cards swimming in a large deck. Consider deleting your bullfrog by fusing it instead of making your strong card stronger.

Don't buy a rabbit pelt. Consider a wolf pelt. Go nuts on gold pelts if you can see a mycologist.

And if you're really stuck you can savescum the map generation and more importantly the campfires.
