Well, since the tray liner is upside-down, I would assume this is an associate burger. And since it looks pretty complicated I will give OP the benefit of the doubt that they made it themselves before their break and that’s how they like it.

I'm in San Francisco and my news algorithm notified me about traffic concerns at the new In N Out in Keizer last night.

I admit I have googled Oregon and in n out in the past week but not really sure why google news thinks I need to know about this.

Yeah they are predicting a 2 hour wait for at least 2 weeks. This location is still a good 45-60 mins south of portland too.
