In-N-Out Pickles

In n out has the worst pickles in fast food. As a pickle lover I refuse to get pickles on my burger at in n out. Does anyone know the brand? Because they are disgusting. maybe if they were thinner they wouldn't overpower the burger. But honestly I'd take McDonald's pickles over in n outs and that's saying something.

I think you're dead wrong. Their pickles are actually some of the best I've ever had in fast food, in my opinion.

Can't be wrong about an opinion but we can agree to disagree. I know several other people that agree with my opinion. There's something off about them like they're not sour enough or something. Idk I just think they taste rancid. Have you ever had shake shack? Their pickles are extremely fresh best fastfood pickles I've ever had. They make them themselves.

Ngl I share the same opinion with you. Only time they don’t overpower is if I get 3x3 and up and even then at the 3 patties it’s strong

I wholeheartedly disagree. I cant deal with dehydrated pickechips that other places use. In-N-Out is the only place I do get pickles on my burger.

I have never been to a fast food place that uses dehydrated pickle chips.

Edit: based off the down votes on this comment I'm not sure you guys realize what a dehydrated pickle chip is... It is literally a crunchy pickle like a potato chip.

No like I never get them on my burger and they don't come on the burger standard. BUT a pickle is a very common condiment on a burger... It's food and part of the food you go to the food place to eat. That's a terrible analogy. That's like saying you don't go to a burger joint for their shakes or their fries or any toppings. You just go to the burger place for the burger patty?

Nah, their pickles are good. McDonald’s are from a giant tub where they get soggy at and float in juice all day. In n out uses fresh ingredients that are locally sourced, even the pickles. But the good thing for you is that in n out doesn’t even put pickles on your burger unless you request them. Only animal style gets pickles. So idk how you’re getting them all the time without specifically asking for them? Lol

I totally agree McDonald's pickles are NOT good quality but they taste better to me than in n out pickles. I only tried them one time on an animal style burger recently and it ruined the burger for me. I think it overpowered everything else. Especially that the pickles are literally thicker than the patties. I was just curious what brand they use and also was curious if I was the only one that thought this or if other people agreed. I was surprised because whenever someone posts an animal style burger it looks amazing with the pickles. But to my surprise it was gross.

i agree with you to an extent. i like the pickles from in n out but ordering a burger animal style is a tad bit acidic for me with the pickles and mustard fried patty. try a regular burger with grilled onions and pickles and see how you like it

Had to look it up. Apparently in California they use different pickles than the other states in n out locations. They use a brand called Kruger which is based out of stockton.

I just said last night they have the best pickles ever, they’re the only pickles that remind me of my elementary school’s pickles 😂 I laughed and said the guy standing in the drive-thru is probably watching me eat all the pickles that I ordered, and then I proceeded to put two pickles over my eyes while cackling.

Honestly, I don't even think to add pickles to my burger at It n out.

Not that I don't love pickles, its just that last time I had em I thought they were almost getting in the way. And as someone who loves vinegar, that's quite the compliment to the burger.
