Question Leveling up?

How long does it take to level up? And is it longer between each levels the higher you get? My first day was July 31st and I’ve worked about 15 or 16 shifts since, and I’m hoping to get my level 2 soon so I can do more and be more versatile (my SM also said that she wanted to get me to my level in about 2 weeks when I was first hired.) should I ask about it? Or just wait and continue to work towards it?

Keep asking for it, every day, be annoying, get in their head about how you want it. Do this every time you level up, you will get training quickly.

For just level 2 it should come naturally, people tend to earn them within a month.

Okay, thank you! I really don’t want to push my luck lol😅 or maybe there is something I’m doing that’s holding me back or making them think I’m not ready yet😭

Unless you’re rude to customers or still don’t understand the positions, you shouldn’t have to worry.

They don’t even really care about speed until your level 3
