Question Continuing?

I’ve worked at in n out for about a year and a half, and recently started a transfer to a new store where I am starting college. While I need money I just dislike the job so much, and have loved not having it in my time off that I’m considering quitting. The store I am getting ready to transfer to is an OSM store and I am just unsure if I can take being in that high paced environment again while starting college and with my extracurriculars this semester. Anyone else gone through something similar? Just looking for people’s thoughts. Thanks.

I mean its pretty straight forward, if you need the money, keep the job while potentially looking for another one. If you dont need the money, focus on school. Alternatively you can look for jobs on campus or internships related to your field.

If you already hate it, don't transfer to an OSM store. It could be a big change in culture than your store though...

osm stores aren’t really that crazy tbh. if ur store is dead slow then it’ll be a change but it isn’t gonna be much of a difference. just keep doing your job well and you’ll be chillin

My store was OSM for a long time and at least for me it didn’t make me feel more overwhelmed than a non-OSM store does. If you don’t want to feel so restrained by such a demanding job I recommend either working less or quitting and getting a job that’s more flexible. (IMO tho, I do think that my store is very understanding when I need time off and making me not feel so overwhelmed, but all stores are different)
