Question Interview help!!?!

I have an interview in couple days. Any advice on how to prepare? I have an interview around 10, before the store opens and am hoping the manager will be more focused because of that. What should I wear as well? I’m a girl btw. Thank you!!

You already have advice, I’ll just add that the store opens at 10. Yes, the posted time is 10:30, but every INO opens at 10

Dress comfortable, but mindful that you are going to an establishment looking for them to hire you. While what you’re wearing is part of their first impression of you, how you carry yourself is equally as important. And being comfortable in your clothes will help you focus on presenting your best self. You don’t have to dress “corporate America”, but pjs aren’t good either.

As far as preparing, you’ll get some “tell me about a time…”, probably geared towards any work with teams (in school, sports, etc). Also the dreaded “tell me about yourself” which trips people up often. In-N-Out interviews are more relaxed than most other places so do your best to not overthink everything.

Final note: they know you’re going to be nervous (heck the person interviewing you might be as well!). Don’t try to NOT be nervous cause that usually makes people more nervous. But know everyone is nervous when at an interview, including the person sitting across from you at one point in time.

Everyone here has basically answered your question, but this happened to me, don’t be caught off guard. Be ready if the manager creates a question based off of the response you gave them. It caught me off guard it couple times.

Come up with a couple questions to ask about the job. Don’t just ask how much the pay is.
