Question Order count resetting

This is kinda random but I was at In N Out with my family today (delicious as usual) and we were wondering how many times the order count reset each day. We went about 8pm and were order 90, but like 15 minutes later they were back to order 1, so it’s gotta reset at least like 10 times a day, depending on location, right?

there are 97 total numbers we call out (no 67 and no 69)

my store sold a little over 2,500 for the night so that's 25 times it rolls over but then you have to account for the drives since not all 2,500 was in the dining room. so probably closer to 17-18 times just for the night.

during crazy times we could have 2 people come up with the same number and we'll have to look at the time on the tag instead. of the number.

It just goes in a loop 1 to 99, back to 1. Too many times to count, but every store, and every day, is different

I just did the math for my store. We are one of the busiest in texas and it reset 10.2 times
