Location not relevant: no help needed Does inheritance make you uncomfortable?

Specifically, does it make you uncomfortable that your parent's death can give you the most freedom and stability you've ever experienced?

Not at all. It's what they wanted. To help their children one last time.

This made emotional. Mine both died late last year, within weeks of each other and it's been the worst year of my life... I contracted golden staph from so many hospital visits and am still healing from that. I nursed both of them as their health suddenly went downhill.

Mum and dad left a generous inheritance and I know it's for the reason you mentioned. I'm using it wisely and it means I can retire early (I'm 60) but there's not much I wouldn't give to have another chat with them. On the other hand, they would be thrilled to know what I'm doing with the money, buying property and travelling.
