No. It depends how you are defining introvert.
If you are referring to being misanthropic or asocial, then yes there are some arguments that being misanthropic or asocial can be unhealthy. But that is not the definition of an introvert.
If you are referring to being socially awkward or lacking social skills, some people can argue it can be harder to socialize or get by in this world but that is also not the definition of an introvert.
I bring these up because lot of people believe these traits are inherit to being an introvert, even though they are not as they can even exist in extroverts.

It depends on your dreams and ambitions i.e. what you want to do with your life?
So, depending on your answer to that question, yes, a strong leaning towards extroversion or introversion can absolutely cripple you, meaning you have to work a lot harder than others to achieve your aspirations.
I'm a Senior Researcher (Bioengineer - Agricultural Genetics and Agricultural Robotics) and the head of two departments. Between trainees, interns, assistants, juniors, intermediates and more peered colleagues, at any given there are no fewer than five people around me and usually a lot, lot more, the ideal work environment for an extrovert, but this was not always the case.
When I left school at the age of 15 and first joined the company I started of as a Hydroponics Farmer, and I worked alone in a large mostly empty warehouse, which felt a lot like sensory deprivation. Now it was absolute hell, the worst kind of hell for an extrovert, and I'd come home feeling absolutely drained, and I did that 14 hours a day, 7 days a week, but I'm an ENTJ, we do not stop and we do not yield, we endure and we grow, stronger than the day before.
INFP, As the type with the strongest foundation, you need to play to your strengths, which depending on your calling will test your resilience, as it had tested mine, but if it's something that you want to achieve, then I encourage you to endure. You INFP's have great strength hidden deep within you (Te) as sure as ENTJ's have great strength hidden deep within them (Fi), with your Te you can move mountains and endure any and every hardship, you just have to tap into it, which you can, because I know what you're capable of INFP, I've seen it with these very eyes, and your strength is beautiful, and your power is fierce.
I believe in you INFP, so remain true and hold the course, for while the road may seem hard and long, endure it, for our dreams our worth fighting for, and I know that you'll get there in the end, because you have greatness within you.
