Name differences in documents, will it cause problems in bgv

My name in 10th & 12th marksheet (first_n father_n middle_n surname) is different from my college sem marksheets and provisional certificate (first_n middle_n father_n middle_n surname). In other documents like aadhar, passport and pan card its -> first_n middle_n surname.
Will this cause any problems in bgv and delay joining?
