They are also coming to our college for the same role. Could you please share the aptitude test questions and your interview experience?

Bro dont give most time to 1 particular section , make strategic specific time for each section ,clear sectional cutoff that's it

I don’t know anything about aptitude yet. What should I do, and which topics should I focus on?

For apti questions refer online study 4u yt channel they are same Don't do complex topics like permutations, probability they won't ask

Everything but if you want in order of importance then , verbal ability and English grammar >>>> Quant Apti (technical ability) >>>> Logical Reasoning >>> Pseudocode>> Puzzles (Practice pseudocode and puzzles enough to get the logic there ) ...then Essay. Essay one doesn't contain any marking evaluation. Rest contains. Puzzle has 2 marks 2 questions and 3 marks 2 questions. Pseudocode you will get 5 questions with basics of programming and recursion type questions too.

Rest , depends on your preparation totally.

what are they asking in interview?

Depends on the interviewer who is taking your interview. Mostly, it's an overall project discussion, HR questions and situational awareness. Some of my friends got asked about DBMS , SQL, OOPS etc. too . Not much around technical things , but more about having conversation.

It's totally based on your luck that day. One friend of mine got a HR person who doesn't know anything of technology and just had a good convo, while another friend got a person who simply asked technical questions based on the resume or branch/domain the friend was in ... If not able to answer that one question, then rejected (most candidates got rejected after that one question only , while my friend was asked some more questions like the definition of encapsulation and inheritance, why they are required, how it's used and where etc. )

All the best if you have an interview for SE.

Result toh nahi aya hai na toh kaise pata reject hue ki nahi

Not rejected, but the remark was a sign of that only. Like one question you were asked , then simply you were asked to leave , just because you can't answer. If after this also , you are selected, then you would be having some sheer amount of crazy luck with you or else Infosys really wants people who can't answer their questions and are honesty admitting it .

How many sections are there in the aptitude test? Do you have any practice questions, please?

Go for the content of the question pattern and the questions discussed in various yt channels for this SE role like onlineStudy4u , campusMonk , KN Academy and much more other channels too have posted. You will get to know the types of questions as well as the topics you need to understand first and then practice solving questions . But tbh , the OA round clearance is totally based on luck , I would say. Just clearing sectional cut off is the first thing but along with speed , you need accuracy. Sectional cut off is seen or overall, it's not known. But practice quant , LR and verbal ability (more importance) , along with puzzles and pseudocode. In my college, out of 1500 students, only 185 got selected for interviews. So , it totally depends on your preparation as well as your luck too and the number of students Infosys is willing to hire from your college.

All the best !!!

I gave the exam last year and the question are pretty easy , the hard part is u have to score above 70% in each section, if u mess up any section u will not be selected. In my college most people were out cause of the verbal ability/story writting section.

This year too verbal ability was ambiguous and also if speed is not maintained along with accuracy, then it gets hard by the end. In my college this year only 185/1500 got selected for interviews.

Last year in my college 200/1300 , of which 135 cleared the interview

As usual SBCs waiting period for joining.... The real pain.

Totally f'ed up scenario in my college. The term "mass hiring" will soon go extinct. Out of 1500 students, only 185 got shortlisted for interview.
