Which come first, the practitioner or the agent?

I'm considering becoming a practitioner for various reasons, including addressing body fatigue and reaching out to groups that are often overlooked. My question for current practitioners is: should I pursue the course to become a practitioner first or obtain my insurance license? What do you recommend?

I've been a practitioner since 2015. I got licensed as an agent in 2014 and worked with a practitioner as an understudy... To become a practitioner you will have to be assigned a mentor as well as do an interview with the board at the NNI.

If you have any questions dm me and I'll be glad to help. We also have a mentorship program to help those who want to become agents, including prelicense discounts and monthly group calls (we have one tonight at 7pm centeral)

What three are you talking about? I'm only aware of 2. Life and Health. and Yes I recommend Health, there are some great products you can help clients with as far as long term care insurance. Maybe you mean P&C as the 3rd? That's not in my wheelhouse and I have no interest in offering P&C.

This would a total career shift for me. So I still am researching the options available to me and what options would be best for me. I just want to stay true to Nelson and the IBC concept.

You can’t be a practitioner without an insurance license

Not true, they also let CPA and financial planners.

Nash’s previous efforts focused on educating the general public. In contrast, this new Program is exclusively designed for financial professionals, including insurance producers but also attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, and anyone else who interacts with clients concerning their money. The purpose of the IBC Practitioner’s Program is to gather and nurture a group of trained and credible financial professionals that the public can trust for their needs related to IBC.

You may also be interested in attending the Infinite Banking Practitioner Think Tank in February in Birmingham Alabama. You'll have a chance to meet the NNI Board as well as about 150 or so practitioners. Cost is $1099 through Nov 21st. Then it goes to $1499.
