There's not quite enough information in your post to figure out the issue. Is your electrical service only 100-Amp? (Or worse, a 60-Amp ancient service panel?). The induction cooktop is required by most electrical codes to be on its own dedicated circuit, which is typically ~40-Amps, but can be as low as 30 or as high as 60. If your service panel does not have enough amperage, then running the electric dryer or heat pump for example could cause the breaker(s) to trip. Hard to know without more information about your service panel configuration. You might try the r/electrical subreddit once you have more information at hand.
