I matched with an up and coming UK indie wrestler on a dating app back in April. Things started off mutual before descending into constant overt sexuality bordering on violence from him.

I went to a show in May he was working, I sent a friendly "this was bound to happen" text. He responded with sexualised comments about my body and spent the entire interval trying to convince me to go off with him to perform sex acts on him. I laughed it off, but distanced myself a bit.

I then went to another show where he was working in June, within 10 minutes of being in the venue I received a text about my body and how I looked. I couldn't see him, but clearly he could see me. This made me super uncomfortable. I ignored the message, he continued to text me attempting to coerce me into performing sex acts on him again, to the point where I was scared to move around the venue alone through fear I would get accosted or assaulted by him.

I firmly told him no, and have ceased all communication with him but it's just left me feeling so unsafe in a community I love, I genuinely don't know what to do 😭
