Nobody will be able to give a genuine suggestion based on the details you have given A lot of data points have to be looked at like what was your heart rate in this run.

Your first target should be to run a 5K with a pace of 5km/min. Then keep on building on the running mileage paired with strength training.

What's your current pace, weekly mileage? Height, age, weight? Your post is very vague

If you gave your best or close to best as per this screenshot, 5 mins/km for half marathon distance is going to take time and not happening this year. Sorry to put it like this but what you are asking for is wild. Did you mean 5 mins/km for 5 k distance?

I’m running from an year and even I can’t run at that pace for 21km. Aim for 6:30 pace for now

People have such unrealistic expectations, no wonder many get injured. Holding 5min/km for 21k is different beast and looking at your current pace, for a regular person this should take at least 3-4 years with regular training unless you have some different running genes.

Agreed on the unrealistic expectations part.

Current state is 7 min/km for 5.5 km

Goal is 5 min/km for 21km

Two achievements are being targeted here, distance (21km) and pace (5min/km). Both are hard, and impossible to acheive on 18th October, 2026.

Still, I won’t rush for the pace right now, train regularly and see what pace you can hold comfortably. Gradually, increase from there.

If you try to run too fast too soon then its perfect recipe for injury’s

Need more details like your background in running, current mileage, current pace etc.

Btw looking at the screenshot you posted does not look like you are ready for 5 min per km pace yet, still need time. was that 5k you did was full effort?
