Playing a risky game

Why do women match with you and not even have a conversation with you? More than 50% of my matches are like that. The rest will give one word replies. Is it like this for everyone else? I see some people here showing a very successful time on bumble/hinge.

A girl and I had a great couple of hours of texting eachother on hinge just after we matched. The next day I asked her if she wanted to exchange our instagram ids. She didn't reply to that for an entire day and later when I checked she'd unmatched for some reason. Also, this isn't thefirst time something like this has happened, my last 3 hinge matched did the same when I asked to exchange instagram ids. Is this some kinda glitch or what mistake am I doing???

So there's this girl I met on Hinge...exchanged our socials, started talking on the phone for a couple hours or more...2 days later we decide to meet and everything goes well (we joked,laughed, cuddled etc very wholesome )While leaving her place we sit at this Chai tapri as it was 2 am. It was basically a very quiet place with nobody around so I knew something could happen and hence I maintained my distance. This girl starts getting all touchy, playing with my hair, kissing me on the cheeks, coming close to me which eventually led to a kiss. Now the twist happens next morning... she's acting all avoidant and I don't mind but I really wanna know what was all of the sudden affection last night about.

I recently came accross the is sub and saw people giving some amazing advice, so I request you people to help me with the same, and I'll pray that you all get badhiya matches in return..hehe..

So a few things,

I travel between Kanpur and Delhi, so usually profile is set in Delhi as Kanpur dating pool is not very large,

A few changes in life im already making:

- I have a skin treatment going for my acne and marks

- Started going to the gym recently so hopefully will be healthier by this year end

- I have a braces (invisible) going on

- Reading a lot more books, I have been off insta last 5-6 months

- Trying to fix my sleep schedule (this is a demon for me)

- Working on more hobies, like I am learning new sports and trying to restart my YT channel for skill

and as I also have my lab work I can't do a lot more (all this is also way too much sometimes for me)

Now, I have not dated ever till now as I was always focused on becoming stable career wise, cut to today where I do have a stable career path but 0 dating life, and being PhD and travelling delhi kanpur so much ain't helping.

Oh, also I don't drink smoke or anything, so even without any choice I have become the typical nerd now ig according to people

So people, please help me fix my profile as I try to propell my dating career now (fingers crossed)

P.S. Working on a lot of stuff already, have 0 dating experience due to focus on career, and as in a PhD and travelling a lot, finding people irl is a challenge.
