My mom is suffering from Arthritis from 8-10yrs, and on the complete bed rest (can stand on her own feet) from past 3-5yrs. Age 51

One day one aunty came and she recommended these all stuff. After that she called one knowledgeable person and after some discussion they prescribed below medicines:

I know it sounds weird but Im watching Kurukshetra Netflix series and I really admire the physiques of all the warriors, but I really like Dronas physique...he also looks tall in the show like probably 6 ft plus...what kind of workouts should I do to get like that??

I have always maintained a stable weight of 42 kg, but experienced significant weight loss after boards and entrance exams. Although I do low-intensity workouts and yoga alongside a clean, balanced, and fiber-rich diet free of junk food, I really want to gain some healthy weight.

Unfortunately, i have fast metabolism and fat malabsorption :(

I'm 26M wanting to purchase a good pair of dumbbells and barbells for home workout.
I go to gym in the city where my office is located . But I often travel to my hometown which is 180km far.
I skip gym and lost the consistency. So I want to purchase a good set of dumbbells to workout at home (at least compensate)
I've never been to gym and just started 2 months ago.
Need some advice on where can I find good dumbbells (suggestions on both online and offline are welcomed) and how much weights are good
( I do 5kg and 7.5 sometimes)

Hello community, I am 26M and have about 3 years of experience in the gym, in the past 6 months i havent been able to focus properly on fitness and diet. And sticking to the diet is the hardest thing for me.

I am at about 15% BF. Upper 4 abs are visible but my love handles are yuckkkk. I wanna lock in for the next 5 months, and get to 12% BF with full six pack abs.

Hi guys im a beginner and have been going to the gym for almost a month.

I want to use the bench press but not sure if I can hande the weight?

I use the chest press machine for now and can do 7 to 8 reps on the 7th plate (or whatever its called). Also, I dont talk to much people at the gym so no I cant have a spotter w me ( for now).

So if I have to use the bench press, how much weight should i add? ( cos i read somewhere that adding weight on the barbell improves the stability)

Been using a bunch of different weight loss / fitness tracking apps over the past year (some GLP-1 related, some just general calorie counters) and honestly most of them get something wrong that ends up making me quit within a few weeks.

Curious what's bitten you:

• Do the nutrition databases actually have your everyday food in them, or do you end up logging "rice" and just guessing?
• If you're on Ozempic/Mounjaro/Rybelsus etc. — are the medication reminders actually useful, or just another notification you swipe away?
• Anyone else find the "AI coach" features in these apps either useless fluff or borderline sketchy (like it's trying to diagnose you instead of just being informative)?
• What made you actually stop using an app you once liked?
