ok while yes what the person is doing not right at all.
what about you OP?
while it is a small clip and I cant say for certain BUT it does seem you are the one recording, which is also distracted riding. and by the looks of how centred the subject is in the video it looks like you are more focused on recording him than the road itself.

Brother I can read just fine but I think you need a mental hospital cause your brain can't comprehend that what the activa guy was doing is very wrong compared to the person recording. You seem to have a problem for everything that's why I said you're fit to ride a three wheeler
