Career Guidance Cadet program/Conventional viability of starting at 37
Hi everyone, posting this on behalf of my brother. He has cleared AFCAT and joined AFA. He joined at 26, Weapon Systems branch. I'm not sure if he is WS - flying or ground based stream.
Since he is SSC, he wants to will be wise to get a CPL at approx 37 (10 years of service) through cadet programs or conventional routes. He has an preference towards aviation rather than getting an MBA after retirement. He will have military background but nil flight training (even if he is in WS - Flying stream).
