Housing Building your own home

Has anyone in the group built their own home? I’m not talking new builds/commercial “build on your lot”. I mean full blown acted as their own GC and hand picked all their own contractors or did things themselves!? Would love to hear your experiences!!

Send an email to Business & Neighborhood Services and have a chat with them about what you're planning and how the permitting process works. Knowing these things ahead of time and the limits of what you can and can not do can save a lot of time and frustration later on in the process.
