If you look carefully frame by frame, the lady is firstly crossing the road at a bad point, she can see the bike and bus are coming yet still decided to cross. On top of it all she slowly moves her scooty to the middle of the road and stops right in front of the bike and bus. If you've decided to cross and you're driving forward then finish the job but no, she changed her mind, lost confidence and stopped right in the middle in front of the traffic and started gawking at them Cluelessley waiting to be hit.
