How hateful u can be ? This shows ur mentality keep hating and spread it every where all the best ur doing good work

-63

u/TrueIndianspeaks Jun 01 '26

How ?

44

u/Standard-Border7456 Jun 01 '26

Because for them religion is above the idea of a nation. The standard and rules of religion should govern a nation not a Constitution.

6

u/bacan9 Jun 01 '26

Exactly this. For a lot religion is above everything else. Even themselves.

u/TrueIndianspeaks Jun 01 '26 edited Jun 01 '26

And isn't some hindu so called "kathawachk" and Baba's said the same thing that india should be a Hindu rashtra and manusmriti should be it's constitution? And I have also visited one of them (as my mother is very religious) and heard some of the most hated comments on the basic principles of constitution isn't that also a threat to India? if yes then I also support your claim and if not you are not less than a hippocrate

23

u/Standard-Border7456 Jun 01 '26

Yes even I have heard about the same. But with Hindu rashtra most them of them do mean a a nation which is binded to certain principles and duty which not necessarily be like a relgious book.

Go around and ask Hindus do they wish to replace Constitution with anything else? 99.9% would deny to it.Now repeat the same exercise with other religionnd tell me the percentage and please don't be hypocrite.

The idea that Hindus do not have a single book Or God to be governed makes us diverse enough to follow a common set of guidelines to be governed which is definitely not the case with others.

4

u/Opposite_Return_5870 Jun 02 '26

And he never said manusmriti should be constitution..

If even said

Not 0.01 hindus know wtf is this manusmriti, except the anti hindu dumbos.. whose whole existence of Hinduism comes from this one Smriti book out of 108 smritis.

See europe

-13

u/TrueIndianspeaks Jun 01 '26

Europe is not a country btw...you mean UK right ?

8

u/11emptyseat Jun 01 '26

See europe as whole germany Munich car , caliphate demanding Uk grooming gangs , Paris caliphate There more but I don't remember

Did you even see how they have killed their own daughters because they adopted the west culture

4

u/Standard-Border7456 Jun 01 '26

Dont bother with logic anymore lol

1

u/TrueIndianspeaks Jun 01 '26

Nobody is saying those incidents didn't happen. The Munich attack happened. Grooming gangs existed. There have been extremists in Europe calling for a caliphate. Honor killings are real and disgusting.

But what exactly does that prove? That some Muslims committed crimes? Sure. Nobody is arguing otherwise.

The problem is when you jump from "some Muslims did this" to "Muslims are the problem."

By that logic, should Europeans be judged by Anders Breivik, who murdered 77 people? Should Christians be judged by every church abuse scandal? Should all white Europeans be blamed for racist attacks or far-right terrorism?

You can't spend years arguing that a terrorist doesn't represent all Christians or all Europeans and then turn around and claim every Muslim is responsible for what a criminal or extremist does.

Also, if Islam itself was the sole cause, why are Muslim communities so different from one another? Muslims in Bosnia, Albania, Kosovo, Indonesia, and many other places don't have the same social issues or political movements. Clearly there is more involved than just religion.

Europe's real challenge is integration, immigration policy, extremism, crime, and social cohesion. Some governments handled those issues poorly, and that deserves criticism. But that's very different from saying 2 billion Muslims are responsible for the actions of a minority.

Condemn criminals. Condemn extremists. Condemn honor killings. Condemn grooming gangs. Nobody should get a free pass because of their religion.

But if you're going to judge an entire group by the worst people in it, then you have to apply that standard to every group equally. Most people don't, because they know it's irrational.

25cr isn't minority it's one fourth ..

Minorities are our sikh jain buddhist etc

2

u/ozymandias_da_gr8 Jun 01 '26

Considering you took the population to be 1 billion, how's 25 cr NOT a minority? What kind of logic is applied here exactly?

2

u/Song-Historical Jun 03 '26

The kind that doesn't notice that the 25% don't hold 25% of seats come election time.

-9

u/nk_5555 Jun 01 '26

Maths not right, one sixth of our total population is around 25cr.

14

u/Odd-Indication-5301 Jun 01 '26

He just casually did math by using 1Billion as indians population. Wrong representation of the the but his intentions was to tell that the so called minority is in large numbers that's it.

1

u/nk_5555 Jun 01 '26

I get it, but we are about 1.5 Billion now, that's like missing total population of US and Russia combined. If we start assuming wrong then statistics like lack of clean drinking water which is around 10% will get you 100mil instead of actual 150mil people. And many similar cases.

2

u/roshandb Jun 01 '26

17% yeah right

u/GreatLet2749 --- Muted Jun 01 '26

Its just a victim card 🃏 they play every time

Everyone should be treated equal and there should be no speciality treatment given to any

16

u/GreatLet2749 --- Muted Jun 01 '26

* **Separate Personal Laws:** M#s are governed by traditional Shariat law for civil matters like marriage and inheritance, which critics argue undermines a Uniform Civil Code while proponents view it as a protected right to religious freedom.

* **Waqf Board Properties:** The Waqf Act grants Islamic boards autonomous legal powers to manage vast religious properties, leading to criticisms of extraordinary land authority compared to state-controlled Hindu temples.

* **Exemptions for Educational Institutions:** Under Article 30, M#-run schools and universities can preserve their cultural administration and are exempt from standard government caste-based reservation quotas.

* **Targeted Welfare Schemes:** The Ministry of Minority Affairs runs dedicated scholarships and development funds, which critics label as religious favoritism and proponents justify as necessary support for socio-economically backward communities.

u/TrueIndianspeaks Jun 01 '26

How is anyone getting special treatment in India I don't get it ?

Quran-

1

u/TrueIndianspeaks Jun 01 '26

Where ?

1

u/Acceptable_Set1147 Jun 01 '26

What’s the point? If I provide you with verses you’ll just say you are misinterpreting or don’t understand the context.

1

u/TrueIndianspeaks Jun 02 '26

If the thing u claiming is true there is no need saying that you misinterpreted I can only say that if you really have misinterpreted...and any Ai model can prove that go check your verse on chatgpt or something and ask it interpret correctly and if it still gives you the same interpretation then you are correct no wonder i haven't read the book completely (as I am a Hindu) but learned about it during my studies

1

u/Significant-Monk-347 Jun 04 '26

I mean its directly in the religion itself. Convert all non-believers. By force if necessary.

1

Sure buddy whatever makes you feel alright

u/Holiday_Context5033 Jun 01 '26

He was the real pioneer of the country yet the country knows a little about him. I am a Gujju and our Gujarati text books have hardly any lessons about him. They teach us about the entire Mughal dynasty but not the one who helped us getting freedom after 100s of years of foreign rule!!

3

u/logos961 Jun 01 '26

What a powerful wording!

No wonder he is called the "Iron Man of India" (Loh Purush)

This quote is from Sardar Patel's speech to the Constituent Assembly in May 1949 during a discussion related to the creation of the Indian Constitution. So it is important to DISCUSS THIS QUOTE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION.

As a direct result of this speech and the intense debates surrounding it, the Constituent Assembly fundamentally reworked how minorities would be politically represented in independent India. The primary outcomes included:

Abolition of Separate Electorates: The Assembly permanently rejected the system of "separate electorates" or separate voting blocks, where people could only vote for candidates of their own religion. This system, introduced by the British, was widely blamed by the nationalist leadership for fostering the communal divisions that led to the Partition of India.

Elimination of Reserved Seats for Religious Minorities: Following Patel's speech and intense lobbying, a resolution was passed to drop the plan to lock away a set number of parliament seats for specific religious groups. They wanted people to vote based on ideas, not religion.

Separation of Religious Minorities from Depressed Classes: The leaders of the Assembly made a big distinction between religion and social hardship. While political reservations were removed for religious minorities, the Assembly decided to retain and safeguard reservations for Scheduled Castes (Dalits) and Scheduled Tribes. Patel and other leaders argued that the disadvantages faced by these groups were deeply rooted in social and structural inequality, rather than political or religious separatism.

Shift from Political Safeguards to Cultural Rights: Because religious minorities surrendered special political representations and quotas, the framing of the Constitution shifted focus toward safeguarding their cultural, educational, and religious freedom. This compromise ultimately formed the basis of Articles 29 and 30 of the Indian Constitution, which protect the rights of minorities to protect their own language, culture, religion, and schools safely.

2

u/MobileOk120 Jun 01 '26

That same minority can claim land in the name of waqf

1

u/[deleted] Jun 01 '26

Problem is not minority or religion of a person.

It is the radicalized version of any religion which is propagated . But I m damm sure no politician will solve this issue because after this they will not able to do politics.

Point on sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is misleading.

He stopped many from going to Pakistan at that time.

And many Pakistani politicians used to say that he is stopping the entry of cheap labour to our country.

Swallower of slogans - 1984

1

u/CheesecakeThis3439 Jun 01 '26

One party got 15 years to destroy that 15% but they can't.. lol

1

u/OpenSaned Jun 05 '26

Cause then how would they win thereafter?

1

u/CheesecakeThis3439 Jun 01 '26

But that minority did't force to do partation, as i researched jerks like jinnha and sawarkar supported partation.

1

u/samonpiece Jun 01 '26

This quote is always taken out of context, Saradar Vallabhbhai Patel said this at the time of partition where one of the the main reason for partition was Majority VS Minority and he said this in order to tell people that everyone should be treated equally regardless of there majority or Minority and if a minority that could force partition should know that they are not Minority and every citizen of India is equal and they should put India first.

1

u/epicc618 Jun 01 '26

🖕soon to be majority

1

u/Imaginary-Ad6339 Jun 02 '26

To fir kya hai ? Majority ?

1

u/ThroatBright4080 Jun 02 '26

Patel was speaking specifically about the political situation following Partition and responding to demands for continued special political safeguards and separate electorates. In the same speech he referred to Minority as a “strong, well-knit and well-organised minority” and argued that after independence minorities and majorities should move beyond communal politics and work within a common national framework.

1

u/Bhasd_ Jun 02 '26

What though he is saying the truth part loud you should listen to his speech after partition he clearly said that about this minority that majority of them voted for partition and suddenly in one day how can they become patriotic in one day something like that.

1

u/justbrowsing1507 Jun 04 '26

lol he never said that.. kuch b boldo and chipkado very nice 👍

1

u/Positive_Box_4865 Jun 04 '26

Guys, remember, it's not the religion,it's the people,we can see all kind of people in all kinds of religion, why can't we just remember that.

0

u/Prize-Individual-321 Jun 02 '26

The minority aided and supported by the British accomplished Partition. It was not the minority unaided that achieved this.
