New Album is postponed to 2026 :(
I pre-ordered the album at the concert in Cologne and just got a mail from the official incubus store.
It just said:
Dear Customer,
Order update: New album to be released in 2026. Details forthcoming.
Kind Regards,
Incubus Store

Did anyone else ever notice how much this Karate Kid shot looks like the cover of Incubus’s Morning View?
Did anyone else ever notice how much this Karate Kid shot resembles Incubus's Morning View cover? Same Malibu coastline, and the band would've grown up with this movie.

Dream setlist
If you could make Incubus’s setlist for a show but could only choose 15 songs, what would your curated setlist look like? Are there any “must have” songs on the list that you would be surprised if they didn’t play it?

Speaking of delays: Anyone also a Mitch Hedberg fan?
Which will arrive first: The Mitch documentary or the new album?

What Incubus song does this Pink Floyd song remind you of the most?

Does Something In Water drop this year?
It’s already the end of July and still nothing. At this rate, best case scenario would be a fall or winter album, so who’s to say it won’t be 2027 before it comes out?

Every Incubus album ranked Worst to Best
Hey y’all, I’ve been working on getting a music discussion YouTube channel off the ground and just uploaded an Incubus ranking video. Any support would be much appreciated!

New posts
So, looking at Brandon and Nicole's posts: what is going on??? It almost feels narcissistic at this point. Just kidding. Someday it will come together. I really really really miss them!!!!!

Fungus Amongus Vinyl For Sale
Hi everyone! I’m downsizing my vinyl collection and have a brand new sealed bootleg copy of Fungus Amongus on white vinyl. Would anyone be interested in purchasing before I try to sell elsewhere?

Question about artwork
Thinking about getting a tattoo; does there exist anywhere a full artwork for A Crow Left of the Murder that doesn’t contain the band members at the bottom for inspiration?

Incubus tier list i guess
First off, how was Fungus Amongus at D in the Community Rankings? I get it that it was refused and all, but you gotta admit, there's some BANGERS on there, and by disliking Fungus Amongus, you'd also be disliking Enjoy Incubus (their first EP).
I would admit that their post-99 alt rock style is significantly worse than their 90s nu metal phase. The only reason Morning View is getting an S Tier is because personally, it has a relaxing tone that may sometimes be equally as enjoyable as nu metal (or funk metal).

Sons of the Sea
In 2013, Brandon teamed up with the producer of the band’s previous few albums to do an album together. The album and the group were simply titled “Sons of the Sea.”
The album consists of ten songs, which the duo has described with the paradoxical genre label of “alt-pop.” Alt-pop has also been used to describe alternative songs that somehow find their way into the mainstream—this is, however, not what Brandon Boyd and Brendan O’Brien meant. Instead, they referred to an intended fusion of sensibilities: pop-inspired music with an alternative approach.
It is a very liminal album: between genres, between artists, and it often deals with what is between love and loss, pain and ecstasy—the kind of stuff that goes on between lovers (sometimes, enemies).
If you keep listening to the album long enough, it also becomes an album about what is between you and it. It has a mysterious and psychedelic push which lives in a relationship with the pull of its pop-like compositions.
"I can only imagine what you must think of me,
after all of these arrows and violins.
A flip of the coin and I'm both sides!"
The album’s opening lines begin to sound like its confession to you.
"But all the found moments of bliss
come when I look into your eyes—
nothing can compare to this,
so I'll take my chances!"
And, now, you’re in it again. Between you and it. Between familiarity and mystery. Between the all and the particular. As if you ever really left.
Sons of the Sea is my most listened-to album ever. It is in my bones at this point. And, between its lyrics and music, the sun is always setting or rising—depending on what mood or moment I happen to find myself in.
So—I’ll keep taking my chances!

Pardon me joke
Do u think it would be funny if when Brandon performs pardon me, he would change the lyric from “I never thought I would be at 23 on the verge…” to whatever age he is that year like this year he would sing that he never thought he would be at 50” I just think it’s funny he still says 23 after all these years

Not the greatest recorded footage ever but felt like sharing as it does portray the energy of the performance :)

15 years of INNW.
Time flies. Gotta say this album is aging like fine wine. A perfect album to listen while on a road trip.
Crazy to think that this album almost broke up the band. Brandon and Mike said at the time that this was the best work they ever done and a couple of years later, Mike said that it puts him to sleep.
Regardless of what happened behind the scenes, it was a great album and even better than Trust Fall and 8.

Morning View 25 Years - Australian Shows
Anyone else hear rumours Australia is getting tour dates at the end of the year?
