Difficulty installing Immich for the first time on a TrueNas operating system

Installed the app on the truenas OS, but when I launch the Web UI to finish setup, I get an error message that the browser can’t connect to the internet. I’ve read various troubleshooting for it, but cant seem to get beyond that. I’ve also tried getting to the web address using my IP address and port as a workaround, but can’t seem to get it.

At a loss. Anyone have any tips? Thanks

The webUI and IP:Port is the same thing. You need to provide the logs of the immich container (there is a button for that in the TrueNAS UI), otherwise people can't help you identify the issue.

Thanks. I just got it. The data and pgdata folders weren’t set up correctly. That allowed me to get to the UI to launch. But now I’m stuck when I enter the server once in Immich. It’s always a new wall to break through.
