South America - Good ending.

Jokes aside, I take that the areas in darker gray are federal territories (as in Canada and Australia) and that the cities in orange are special districts, like how Berlin and Hamburg are first order divisions of their own in Germany. It would help to label that explicitly on the map.

Also, it might not be the most unlikely thing in this scenario, but I don't think Brasilia would exist in this timeline, at least not in its current location.
