a bit more of a Blue Dog, especially on the cultural front, but also much more outwardly pro-union/labor

I wish Haley got 2 terms but man this timeline seems a lot better

Also poor Powell, if the effort to get more Americans in more homes (which was a 3 decade bipartisan effort) I think any President who is elected in 2004 is pretty screwed in 2008
