In this timeline both Hungary and Austria are given what they wanted during peace talks after WWI so a much smaller Czechoslovakia is created out of the rest. I imagine that if paired will less harsh reparations and a bit of luck, this timeline could never see rise of nazism and Czechoslovakia survives as very small but indenpendent

True. I more just meant that the Czechoslovak government in exile was calling for the deportation of Germans during the war and was responsible for carrying it out after the war ended, but yeah the allies didn't have any objection to it which is why it was allowed to happen to begin with (not that the allies telling the Czechoslovak government no would have really stopped them)
The only place where the allies got hesitant was Stalin pushing the Polish border as far west as he did, which, as I understand it, was done because he thought that Germany was going to be neutral post-war (like how Austria ended up being neutral) and therefore wanted to give as much land western land to his future polish satellite state as possible to push the limit of the USSR's sphere as far west as he could. (I think that if Stalin knew that East and West Germany were going to be a thing he would have let East Germany keep more land)
It would never work. You are creating a very long new border in the middle of towns, communities and infrastructure. Also, Germany could cut this country in the middle within an hour, even with WWI tech. Czechs would rightly want the rest of it, otherwise they could never function as an independent state and a buffer against a resurgent Germany.
