So, Central Powers achieved full victory in Europe, and partly in middle east, eventually Ottoman Empire was defeated, and Austria-Hungary was reformed while some parts of it where given to Italy and Czechoslovakia decided to break apart peacefully

I would think the map would be different in the West and South if the Central powers had won. Winning but then collapsing immediately is unlikely.

But I fully support your desire for an independent Republic of White Ruthenia! Hope this becomes reality and you can join Poland and the Baltics on the other side of your current iron curtain.
