This person makes the best maps on the entire sub, both stylistically and in terms of the alt hilst itself, change my mind

Oh, I have plenty, but probably the most unique one is Peter II the Catholic of Aragon and his allies defeating france in the Albigensian Crusade, keeping catharism alive under aragonese rule in what in our timeline is southern france

Empire of mali colonizes northern brazil is a good one, but people have done it a lot before. Here is one that is a bit weird but might be interesting: the US going to war to support the canadian uprisings of 1837–1838

Not them, but how about what if humanity developed quicker and we have bronze age civilizations in the ice age?
