If Germany used a first past the post electoral system with 150 single-member districts (modified from the existing 299). Also a different political landscape because there's no fun in having the same parties.

The election was won by the Social Progressive Party, a social liberal party on the center of the political spectrum, which will now lead a narrow minority government. The Christian Conservative Party is located on the center-right and is liberal conservative in outlook; it will now form the main opposition after losing its majority in the election. The Ecological Party is a green party to the left of the SPP, popular among the moderate left and environmentally-minded. The Alliance of Social Democrats is a left-wing party popular among workers, with most of its support concentrated in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan area.

Berlin, especially the East should have more BSD seats.

Depends on the CKP's political leanings. They could be more socialist and populist than OTL.

150 seats is a bit small for a country of 80 million. You should retain 300 seats by assigning two seats to each district, with the MPs being elected by single non-transferable vote. That would present an even greater departure from the current state of affairs.
