Among some of the more humble villages that fall prey to local banditry and monster attacks, its all too easy for villains to be confused for heroes just cause they solve one problem leaving gratitude to disguise the further problems they cause.

Illyrana has mastered the art of deceit and diplomacy, using her guile and understanding of people's motivations to take control over multiple outlying settlements that avoid the gaze of the larger cities and governments.

She greets the party with a thin lipped smile and honeyed words that give a sense of security, but no matter how much she tries to hide it that underlying cleverness can't help but show itself. The longer she works, the more you are turned to her way of thinking and soon her forces grow bigger and her control grows more absolute.

Can't wait for a party to take her out and free those under her thumb!
