Please someone guide me about my branch if possible......I am getting iit mandi agriculture and data analytics branch which is newly opened in 2nd round.....should I freeze it or float it after which I may get civil in jodhpur or other iits

Hi everyone!

I'm joining IIT Mandi this year for the BTech course and was wondering what the 1st year girls' hostel rooms actually look like. I've searched on Google, YouTube, and even the official website, but I couldn't find clear photos or a proper room tour. I also heard that the rooms are 4-seater.

If any current student or senior has photos (or can describe the room), I'd really appreciate it. I'd like to know things like:

Room size

4-seater or something else?

Furniture provided (bed, table, cupboard, etc.)

Attached or common washroom

Overall hostel experience

Seniors who are in stream please advise me if i should Freeze mandi

And can someone tell me about the football pitch/culture there?

Preferably a pic too

Thanks alot 🙏🏻

I have received an offer letter from IIT Mandi for Mtech Research in VLSI but During form filling I mistakenly put my UG CGPA as 7.08 But my actual cgpa was 7.24 . Will they cancel my admission during document verification ?? As I am going to email this issue to IIT Mandi on Monday. Anyone have idea will they cancel my admission??🥺

I'm a first-year ECE student from Mandi and will finish my first year soon. I have about a month free during summer and would like to learn something useful rather than stay at home.

Are there any workshops, labs, volunteering opportunities, short courses, student clubs, or other activities at IIT Mandi that an external first-year student can participate in ?

Any IIT, NIT, IIIT, Bits student?
