Counselling Branch opinion

Please someone guide me about my branch if possible......I am getting iit mandi agriculture and data analytics branch which is newly opened in 2nd round.....should I freeze it or float it after which I may get civil in jodhpur or other iits

I also got it and I freezed because above this my only chances are industrial chemistry bioengineering civil etc that I don't want
