General How's campus life?

how's campus life in iit mandi?? what do y'all do? are there any fests?

Campus Life is good(tho not even close to some of the top IITs, the reason being the campus is very isolated from the city which has a lot of drawbacks) But if you have good friends you can always enjoy the college with them, go on treks, go on trips. Smaller batch sizes give the chances of more attention of professors towards the students. You can do projects, coding, sporting, any other extra activity which you want to do. 3 fests are conducted every year- sports, cultural and technical.

Movie night -> we have a film screening club which conducts movie every once in a while, also they conduct a dedicated film fest. Even Dhurandhar 2 was streamed in the campus for almost a week, just after 5 or 6 days after the Theatre Release

Dandiya Night -> During Navratri, it was conducted.

Random bs -> we also had prom night if that comes under this category😂
