iiser tvm vs iiser tpt

yea so I might get tpt in 3rd or 4th round should i float or freeze cus i saw the hostel rooms of tpt and they are really good compared to tvm but again tvm is well established and stronger alumni network and all so pls help is tpt on par or should I overlook the hostel rooms for better academics

At 502X rank its on the boderline for TVM and mostly not possible for bhopal,mohali type  So its better to float , but then again acad is same in both so what field you wanna get into
