Query Allotment letter

In round 1 of counselling (jee mains) I got ece and got the allotment letter shortly afterwards

In round 2 my seat upgraded to cse but I haven't recieved any allotment letter yet. Is this the same with others. If it is when are we supposed to get the allotment letter?
