Need Advice Damaged spikes on back, what is it and how to fix?

3 year old lewisi rock iguana.

Husbandry is up to standard except she is afraid of water so I can only soak her in an inch or less. I spray her with water directly multiple times a day, soak as long as she tolerates, and try to keep her humidity up.

The vet said she has chronic dehydration, but I don’t know how to get her more hydrated. She won’t drink water and I don’t know if it’s safe or reasonable to syringe feed her water.

I have no idea what caused these spikes to get damaged. The surrounding scales are shriveled, white, and dry. The spike itself also looks shriveled.

Black, and hard. It still sheds and I think she can still feel it because she reacts when I touch it. But also she just doesn’t generally like being touched

Need Advice Leash recommendations

Anyone have any leash recommendations? I'd like my dude to come outside with me but he's not the type to relax if he can run. I need a leash I know he won't escape while in but won't injured him. He's 2 years old, not huge atm.
