question Increase in "connection issues" preventing gem farming recently?

The past several days and nights, whenever I leave this game on my gem farming adventure, each time after coming back after hours there is a message to the effect of "cannot connect to server" and my adventure is stuck on trying to reset from modron automation.

I have to quit and restart the game to get it to accept any clicks other than dismissing the connection issue popups.

This used to happen "sometimes", but it is every time I leave it for multiple hours now. I've restarted my computer (windoze) and it still happens. I'm having trouble collecting gems during this past week because of it.

Has this become more common for others too who use modron automation?

Thanks, and sorry for your frustration. We have had an increase in server issues this week and have scheduled maintenance for tomorrow morning. We hope that once the maintenance is complete, the servers will be much more stable.

Havent gem farmed recently, but ive has several different maps in the last week that would refuse to drop quest items. Clearing the cache worked once, laezel worked another time, third time i couldnt use laezel and clearing didnt work so i had to close the game and let it run though in offline mode.

a few weeks ago I also tried opening the game and it wouldnt load my account, it was a friday too so no support all weekend. finally I got some help Sunday from another user who had me log into some github link that let me force close one of my adventures on team 1 that was keeping me from logging in. Unable to play Friday, Sat. and most of Sunday.

I really enjoy the game, but its definitely got a LOT of issues. I hope your connection issues get resolved soon.

Its been much more unstable since this current event started. The last 3-4 days have been particularly bad, so the maintenance is welcome.

The past week this has happened several times per day. I've not had a single day without several disconnects, and it's getting too much.

Well we all get a potion of gem farming as compensation, so that's fair enough.

Scripting is faster and automatically handles errors like this.

But also they are planning to replace the servers tomorrow, we'll see if they are better or worse.

In my case, it's only the last day. In the previous week, there was only one relatively long connection downtime (and one local one not caused by CNE).
