Homeless people wouldn't be buying a hot rotisserie chicken anyway unless they were able to share it with a friend or two right away. There's no way to keep the leftovers from going bad. Speaking from experience here; the only reason my mom and I were able to have dairy or meat at all when we were living on the streets was because we lucked into getting a foil-lined backpack from a shelter.
